Investigating -
Microsoft is currently experiencing an infrastructure issue impacting Microsoft 365 services. This may affect authentication and overall service availability.
Due to this, mailbox creation and mailbox renewals are currently impacted. Existing Microsoft mailboxes remain unaffected and will continue to function normally.
Microsoft is actively investigating the issue and working toward a resolution. We are closely monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
